The terms and conditions may be changed without prior notice at any time so please keep yourself updated for any changes. If you do not agree with the Terms and Conditions, do not use this Website. If you do use Insurance 4 Business, your conduct indicates that you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
Insurance 4 Business is not an agent for the Insurance Brokers or organisations, whose services are displayed, mentioned or referred to in Insurance 4 Business. It does not control and is not responsible for the prices of such services, availability, competency, suitability or professionalism.
Insurance 4 Business is a directory of Insurance Brokers and holds no judgment on any individual person or organisation listed in the directory; we publish the individual/organisations profile listing and are not responsible for the competency nor professionalism of the service provided. The information published on a specific organisation or individual is as per the information provided by that individual or organisation and we are not liable for any false information given such as contact details, qualifications or membership details. We do our utmost to ensure the individual Insurance Brokers on our site are qualified and/or registered with a recognised body when submitting their profiles, however we strongly recommend that you verify this as we will not be held responsible for any false information provided, referred to and displayed on www.insurance4business.org.uk.
In the event that Insurance 4 Business receives a complaint against a practitioner listed, Insurance 4 Business is not responsible for that individual or organisation. Insurance 4 Business is just a directory and has no responsibility to the individual making the complaint - although Insurance 4 Business does have the right to remove any practitioner listed and cancel their membership at any time. Insurance 4 Business is not responsible for any member listed in the directory and an entry does not mean that Insurance 4 Business endorses or accredits the qualifications and/or skills of Insurance Brokers appearing in it.

Why is this information required?
Your address details are required to ensure the ‘search’ on our directory works correctly and those searching for a Insurance Broker can find a Insurance Broker in their own region. We understand that some individuals will not want their full address displayed on the Internet and for this reason the only mandatory address fields are as follows:• Town / City

• First half of postcode
Your email address and telephone number are both required so that we can contact you regarding any queries and let you know that your profile has been approved, or if your application failed. These details are also required to enable those searching on our website to contact you.

When you enter your payment details onto our website the locked padlock symbol in the bottom right hand corner is displayed, which means our site is secure and you can safely send private information through our site. We use Barclaycard Business for our card processing facilities, who are located in the UK. As we are a UK based website we only accept GBP (£) when processing your details.Cancellation, Refund and Delivery Policy
Cancellation PolicyIf you are paying monthly and wish to cancel your advert on Insurance 4 Business we will need written confirmation (by post or email) and you must give 30 days notice. If a payment was due to be taken within those 30 days this will still go ahead.
If you are paying yearly and wish to cancel your advert on Insurance 4 Business we will need written confirmation (by post or email) and you must give 30 days notice. If a payment was due to be taken within those 30 days for the following year this will still go ahead. You may cancel your advert at any time during the year but we will not reimburse you for any payment already taken.
If in the future you decide you wish to advertise with us again, please send us written confirmation (again by post or email) and we will set this up as soon as we can.
Refund Policy
We do not offer any refund policies; you may cancel your advert as described above, but we will not reimburse you for any payment already taken. If you decide to pay a yearly subscription fee, we do not offer a refund for any time the advert does not show on our website due to a cancellation. If you are paying a monthly charge, you may cancel your advert by giving us 30 days notice but we will not refund any payment already taken.
Delivery Policy
We will not take any payment from your card until your advert is listed on Insurance 4 Business. Payment will begin from the first day your listing is visible. If your application fails (due to qualifications, insurance or registration with a professional body not being provided) we will not charge your card.
